Over the many years we have been providing factoring services to companies, we have developed a threshold for the type of clients we are looking for. If we cannot pick up the phone and reach someone at the client’s company… then we’re not inclined to front our money to help that business. It’s a very low minimum. Easily reachable. Respond an email within a few hours or the company is established enough to have someone answer the phone.
Because with commercial lending, things can go sideways. Most of the time the situation is easily reconcilable once everyone is on the same page. Especially with factoring when different layers are involved; verification, assigned payments etc. So, it just might be a company who contacts us might not be ready for factoring, that’s all.
