For those of you familiar with Chris Anderson’s book The Long Tail you know about giving your audience access to esoteric information on products way down the tail. Amazon has launched a new site that helps consumers interact to help find little known product offerings. The “collaborative structured tagging” is another way of saying, here is a way for us to post digested regurgitated product information without adding to our bottom line.
